If you are ready to accept the "Proposal" we have sent you for your best mortgage rate and fees, please pay a one-time-fee application fee of $350.00 .
Refundable Policy:
Refunds will be issued for any and all cases when the loan cannot be provided as promised. All refunds are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee. Our cancellation period is 30 days after the specified transaction time, and/or beginning from the cancellation request date, whichever is later. If declined to accept offer AFTER submission / approval / prequalification of one time application fee, the application fee will be non-refundable, as long as we can provide mortgage loan as promised.
